At Allure Home Collections, we’re committed to offering competitive pricing. If you find an identical product advertised at a lower price by another retailer, we’re happy to review a price match request.

📩 How to Submit a Request

Please email support@allurehomecollections.com with the following details:

• Proof of the competitor’s advertised price (including shipping costs)
• Acceptable formats: screenshot or direct link
• Your postcode included in the subject line

Our team will verify that the product is identical, in stock, and available for immediate purchase, including confirming the competitor’s shipping rate. If approved, we’ll create a custom order for you at the matched price. If you’ve already completed your purchase, we’ll refund the difference.

• Price match applies to the advertised price plus shipping only
• We do not match additional discounts, promo codes, or special offers

🚫 Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

• Offers not available to the general public (e.g., trade pricing, bulk orders, membership discounts)
• Cashback promotions
• Clearance, factory seconds, ex-display, or refurbished items
• Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplaces, auction sites, or classifieds
• Prices significantly below RRP or resulting from pricing errors
• Overseas suppliers

Our Price Match Guarantee is valid prior to purchase and up to 24 hours after purchase.
